Similarly, it seems that most businesses browse the Internet for similar products or services to their own whenever they are planning a 'new look' website.Put simply: the crowd follows the crowd: convinced that if everyone is doing it - whatever it is - then it must be the right thing to do.

2. Because everybody else is doing something is the best reason for NOT doing it.
