Because customers and profit are essential for re-investment in the business and reward from the business.

Well, the key to achieving this is through consistently applying 2 factors…

Building Relationships and Following Through.

Now this may well sound simple but unfortunately the simplest things are always the hardest to do…

Which is why most businesses don’t take the time to Build Relationships when attracting customers…
or the required Following Through essential to keep them.

Yet the key to a successful business is having customers that return to you and refer your business to others…

And that is why I believe it is important to apply what I term the 3 R’s when building a business…


Because the fact is that…
 
Your Business Reputation comes from Retention of customers and their Recommendation of your business.


And all you have to do to bring about this valuable asset is to ensure that you always follow through on the relationships you are building.
