A little known truism about communication is…

We communicate NOT by what we say, but how we FEEL about what we say.

This is important to remember because ultimately people buy people…

People that exude passion with integrity.

No matter how good a business is, if you do not enjoy it then what is the point?

If you do not have the passion for what you do, then either the business suffers - or you will.

People do not die from hard work; they die from hard work that does not hold their heart.

How you communicate something is more important than what you say.

Each of us buys on emotion before logic and, metaphorically speaking, our taste buds are stimulated more by the sizzling of the steak, than the raw steak itself.

The key is authenticity: Whether composing an email or delivering a presentation…
seek to appeal to people’s emotions by being authentic…

Because words are often inconsistent and seldom add-up.

It is the meaning behind the words that really count.
